The Canada Impact+ Research Training Awards program
is now accepting nominations for exceptional PhD students and Postdoctoral
Fellows
. These prestigious awards provide substantial, multi-year support:

  • Doctoral
    Awards:
    CAD 40,000 per year for up to 3 years
  • Postdoctoral
    Awards:
    CAD 70,000 per year for up to 2 years

iHADLab (www.ihadlab.com)
invites and supports highly motivated candidates at PhD and Postdoc levels, in
preparing their applications at the University of Calgary. The research area
should be in Advanced digital technologies in health solutions, including

         
– AI models

  Data-driven diagnostic

  Wearable technologies

 

Qualifications: This is a prestigious and highly competitive scholarship. It is expected that you have several publications in your field of research and a GPA of above 3.9/4.0. If accepted, you should be a PhD graduate before starting your PDF position. 

Qualifications for PhD applicants:

  • MSc GPA > 3.9/4.0
  • Minimum 2 journal publications, including at least one first-authored paper.
  • Minimum 1 conference presentations.
  • Strong evidence of leadership.

Qualifications for Postdoc applicants:

  • MSc&PhD GPA > 3.9/4.0
  • Minimum 5 journal publications, including at least two first-authored paper.
  • Minimum 3 conference presentations.
  • Strong evidence of leadership, including student mentorship, community leadership, and etc.
